MY KIDS ARE ON SPRING BREAK AND WANT TO GO FISHING. WHERE CAN I CATCH SOME CROKER IN THE RAPP? I HAVE NEVER FISHED FOR THEM THIS EARLY AND WOULD THINK YOU COULD USE USUAL BAIT.
THE WEATHER MAN WONT LET ME GO OFF SHORE THIS WEEK, AND MY GIRLS ACTUALLY WANT TO FISH. TRYING TO INTRODUCE THEM TO FISHING SLOWLY, SO IF YOU COULD HELP ME OUT I WOULD BE GREATFUL.

I would suggest trying around Water View, both up stream and down stream on both sides of the river in fairly shallow water.

If you are coming out of deltaville try off of r7 off of sturgen(sp)creek or just a little further up river just off of north end plantation between sturgen creek and hunting creek not to far off shore there is a little drop off you may be able to pick up some there and stay close to home

You can also cruise out to windmill rack and catch plenty there. Aside from that the 7R reccomendation is good and also butlers hole on the other side of the river.

Expensive tastes this time of year, bloodworms are the bait of choice.
