BTW- Since you're an expert on all things waterfowl, how about riddle me this: You know how you always see geese flying in a "V". How come 1 side of the "V" always seems to be slightly longer than the other side??

If I ask 2 questions in the same sentence does that make me "bi-curious"??

Thank you Hog Choker, I will have a cooler for the red meat. Now I think they fly in a V to gain the help of wind resistance. Why one leg of the V is longer then the other, I never asked one why.:clapping2::yes: I would guess it is because they can't count.dohdancedance:wink44:

he was right they cant count the reason for the elongated side, there are more birds on that side....the way I have always heard this unless of course you have discovered some scientific theory :decision55:

I seen where humminbirds hich hike a ride south on geese as well....was on one of the animal type cable shows
