I can't fish the NNAC tournament on Saturday, so I will give up my spot. Good luck! Started out a little late but that turned out to be good. We left Robinson Creek after a struggle to get my boat started after a long winter. The motor was running poorly so I decided to not venture too far and put the lines out at the mouth of the creek in 8 to 14 feet of water on an outgoing tide. Between the 4 lines and 6 hours of fishing outgoing tide, we caught approx. 70 croakers, 2 stripers (undersized), and a multitude of nice bait sized spot. No horse croaker but we did keep about a dozen over 14 inches. Here is the real good news - leave your blood worms at the store, these bad boys were chomping on cut squid. Finally something that is easier on the wallet. Good luck on Saturday you NNAC guys.
