anyone know what the latest details are on the marina? heard it had been purchased again but havn't heard anything about when it might reopen ect?
appreciate any info provided
Thanks
Andy
I have also herd it has been sold. I took a ride over there (by water) and they have not restarted any contruction yet (about 3 weeks ago). The markers going into the creek still have not been replaced. They have white poles marking the channel. I'm going to assume they are going to have to tear down some things and start again! A lot of money wasted!

I assume things are turning around. Should be kicked in gear before too long.

Guys,
Have you seen this JAN 06 article in the R. Record. Gives all the gory details. Couldn't find it last night, came home tonight, poured a Guinness and found it right off, BRILLIANT. Master plan called for a boat ramp. I can't fiqure out where they planned to put it. Looks like the hotel goes for more condos, the resturant stays and the marina will be contracted /leased out. Anybody know if Conemmara and Courthouse got paid yet? That had to set them back to be strung out that long on the A/R.
Too bad such a nice development has turned into a debacle.

The last rumors that were running around was that they were going to begin construcion (or destruction) about mid june- ive seen more life over the past couple of weeks than ive seen in a long while- also believe that Costal Properties has agreed/bought/leased/whatever the marina, but dont have a clue on when it will be open. Last I hear was next April at best. Pretty sure that all of the liens have been released- part of the purchase/ transfer of hands
