A buddy of mine caught loads of nice croaker and spot around the bank last sat evening..
he said nothing but little ones in the channels

With my grandson and SIL, we fished Crammy Hack over the weekend. Picked up a few undersize flounder, some spot and a few dozen croaker in the 11 - 13 inch range.

Yes, there is a ramp at saxis, turn left right before you get to the end.
