They are there. We caught all hicks. Very crowded. Darts and spoons. Fly fisherman were doing very well with orange. Friggin trailer lights almost killed the trip. Also 1 stiffback. -Cutbait

Fished for the shad on Sunday around the 95 area, and we caught alot of big shad. The bite is really hot. Doug.

Im new to this area and spend all my time on buggs island. dont know much about these shad and all.

oh yeah, i see shad at what they call the Z-dam. Can ya catch them back there too?

We caught about 40 in 1.5 hours Tuesday night. A little chilly. They were in there thick, just not biting hard. Not too crowded because of the weather.

Also saw some guys fishing cut bait on the bottom pull up some stripers.

I fished from 12:45 until 2:15 today and caught 30 hickory shad. Ten are going with me fishing tomorrow. We've invited some monster blues for lunch. I'll be at Deep Bottom at first light.
