Anyone have any idea when and where on the occoquan river you can catch striper? Ive been catching shad there for about three weeks, but I want to know when and how to catch striper. thanks!

We always use to catch them between the foot bridge and the fall line where the overhead pipes are. Right at the fall line to just below those overhead pipes was the best. Float live bait on bobbers down 4 ' or so was the ticket.

does anyone know of a place on the lake that I can launch from and stay out past dark? I've been told that the ramps have a dawn to dusk policy.
