Theres was about 20 Shad in the river Sunday. Theres only about 10 today, and theres 50 people casting for those 10 shad at the powerhouse. You'll need a reservation for the Petersburg side. Colonial Heights side was empty.
What I'm trying to say is : DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE POWERHOUSE UNLESS YOU GET THERE AT THE CRACK-OF-DAWN. COL.HGHTS. SIDE IS LESS CROWDED BUT FISHING ISNT ANY BETTER THERE. [wink][wink][wink][wink]
