Reelman, lovetofish and I hit the river this after noon for a few hours afterwork. we caught 2 flatheads (8 and 10 pounds) and 1 Gar 8 pounds. There were a few ski boats out but it really wasn't too bad. Very nice on the river and the water has really warmed up. There should be some nice flatheads weighed in on Saturday.

How about some details for us beginners! Bait, live or cut? Technique? Thanks gonna try to bring the 2 boy's Saturday.[smile]

We used live bream. Fish structure.

These things have a pretty flat head...caught them over on the Eastern Shore this past week.
