I canoed the Rap Sunday from Kellys Ford to the Rap River Campground and caught about 12 smallies and 80+ Sunfish and Rock Bass.
The news from the Campground owner was that one of their campers caught a 20-inch striper on Saturday (I talked with the camper later that day). Sounds like the fish are already making it way upriver from the old dam!
