View Full Version : Creek/River levels: Lack of Rain?

I pass over Falling Creek everyday on my way to and from work. There is a spill over dam right beside RT. 1. There is very little water coming over the dam.

Wondering how the rivers and creeks look near you. I haven't been down to the river to take a look at the level.

What do you folks see?

The rainfall does not effect the level of the river where I am. It does, however, effect salinity levels. A few years ago when we had that drought I was catching redfish, black drum, croaker, spot and rockfish like nobody's biniss... at the mouth of the chick!
