It's packaged as a Census Bureau interim survey, sent to randomly selected addresses, which asks for very sensitive and personal information. Comes with the same threats from the Bureau about being against the law if you don't send it back, of if you send it back and don't answer any of the questions, or answer incorrectly.
At first it looks to be a scam. Otherwise, I can only conclude that some of the info they want is a breach in everyone's personal security, no matter how confidential they say it is.
Anybody else ever deal with it and care to share your experience? PM is ok if you don't want to expose yourself on here.
