Talk about too excited to sleep.
Here it is Sunday - got a call from a local charter boat captain. He hung up and then lost an anchor on what he thinks is an uncharted wreck :yes::yes:. It is near the bay bridge - close to Annapolis , Md.
He went over the snag with a fish finder and saw a 3-5 foot hump with a sharp edge - he thinks the stern of a wreck.
I'm heading out with them on Weds to dive it - but going to be tough sleeping until then.
Too many " what can it be " thoughts will keep me awake. Might be a huge piece of junk washed down from the recent storms - or an old wreck exposed by the same storm.
Wish the viz. would be at least a foot but most likely a near zero " touch / feel " dive. The local waters are still muddy from all the rains.
Keeping fingers crossed it turns out to be some thing cool.
