Still have to go to work as the unknown snag did not pan out to be a sunken treasure ship.
Turned out to be some type of steel cage made from about 3/4 inch rebar. Roughly 3 x 4 x 1 foot tall.
We assume it was a frame for concrete when bridge was built. Did not find the anchor hung up in it but did find another long piece of steel so this appears to have been some type dumping area.
Hope to side scan the area and spot the anchor.
Water was about 65* and viz. over a foot but under two. More / less arm length if bent my elbow.
Did find one old rusted anchor but left it on bottom.
