Just wondering....how far downriver can catfish (in particular, blue cats) be caught? Are they present below the 301 bridge?

I belive they can be caught down below the 301 sometime when the water is on the fresher side. I never hear of the real big ones being caught much below Potomac creek but maybe. I only fish the cats between aquia and Ft belvoir. My biggest cats seem to come from the up river side of that.
