Looks like the weather on Saturday might hold, and hopefully some Bass and Blues have moved in closer in shore.. Saw some reports of large schools of bass 10-15 miles offshore, lets hope they move in closer
Prob start out the OC inlet looking for birds and bait near Assateague, and then make our way to Fenwick Shoals

Anyone else headed out?

I'm hoping to get out tomorrow or Sunday. I'm not sure whether to turn left or right when I leave the O.C. inlet. Last year the Sliver was good so I'll probably head that way. I'll be on 68 and will holler if I finds 'em.

Fished Saturday at the Fenwick Shoals, no fish, few gannets and some marks, but very spotty.. Fished Sunday in and around the inlet on the Incoming tide with eels, a few pulls but nothing came tight. One of my buddies picked up a 20lber today at the shoals on an umbrella rig, and I saw a fish being caught on the N side of rt 50 bridge on the tail end of the outgoing tide, beautiful weekend on the water, be back wednesday, give it another go as long as the weather allows it.
Catch em up!

Two more weeks and I think everyone will be singing a different tune! Only a matter of time.
