Pop ups

I'm having pop ups to the right of my screen on every post.Is anyone else having this problem?

You shouldn't see them when you're loged in being a subscriber, but I still do , just not as much. I'm confused between a pop-up and an add . Maybe they're the same thing. I think what you're seeing is an add .
