Shad at Richmond

Put in early afternoon at the ancarrow launch in Richmond, approx 10 other boats fishing the river around launch. Most of the shad caught were downriver of the launch, however, had couple of hookups north of river past 95 bridge. Colors that seem to be working were yellow, gold, and orange. Towards evening lot of fish breaking the surface around waste treatment spillway.
