I have a crew for this Friday and it looks like the weather and water will cooperate.

Waiting for a good sat shot as it looked like the warm water was heading our way

Anyone else going to be out?

Friday not looking very good but Sat-Sun looking great. But it's only Tue and weather will change for the worse, then better, then worse, then will do what it wants regardless of what NOAA says. I'm crewing for Sat-Sun overnighter anywhere from the VB cigar to the Washington depending on the best water.

Friday doesn't look to bad. We've got an overnighter planned out of IRI for Friday hope the weather holds I'm dying to get out.

The west winds dont bother me as much as the NE ones.

Might be a little bumpy after the 30 line but fishable

Buoyweather has it not bad in the AM and if the latest Sat shot is real I will be on the 30 line. That is some real warm water that moved in up our way if it is real. If it is real we will have 73 degrees at the 30 line if not warmer and the currents forecast said it would be there.

It is way warmer than I thought and ill need to check the turbidity and rising/falling water to decide where to go

Buoyweather as 3 x 8 in the AM and 4 x 7 in the PM. Hopefully the Thursday afternoon forecast moves to Friday AM

What do you look at on the turbidity & Rising/Falling water..... I am somewhat new at this and have trouble deciding where to go.... I never know which is most important....water temp, breaks, turbidity, altimetry etc, and in what order... sorry if i derailed the thread a little.

I use www.sstol.com to get the info. They have the temps, turbidity and altimetry. The data is pretty good and they have an iphone app so I can carry it along with me when I am out. The only complaint I have with the Iphone app is that it only displays the latest shot. So, if there was a good shot from a day ago and the latest shot is crappy, I only have the crappy one on my phone.

If the water holds where it is (or gets closer which it may) It will be real interesting out there this weekend
