Crabbing report eastern bay

My buddy Frank lives in Stevensville and crabbed 3 times this week in the eastern bay corridor-Thompson, Hog island etc.

30 open top........9 runs ,270 pulls.....3 crabs.

2 days later.......13 runs.........6 crabs............ then back to 4 crabs another day.

Bottom line....they are not here yet. Frank captains a 19' Swan Point out of the Kent narrows. Lives there all year round etc... If you see him there be sure to say hi. He knows the "hot spots" and will help you out.

Went down to the Miles today!
Skiff is wet and in the lift ready to go. New SS prop, all tuned up, new Hydraulic pump, new Sunbrella Bimini Top for those Hot Days, tuned up, 20 4 door traps ready, 10, new Foxy Mate Topless to mix in, Gonna try a few 4 doors with 2 doors wire tied shut, and just see what happens.

thanks for the report, I'm getting ready, think we still have a week or two to go, saw a boat near Hog Is. I think on wed., could have been your friend.
