I need about 10... I don't want to pay full retail at Boater's World... Just want some cheap pots for me and my brother to use. Any ideas?

welcome to the board, he's not on the penninsula but kcrabpots who is on the board makes them, with all the trimmings or without, can't beat his price, maybee they can be shipped, do a board search and you should find his info.

get some beer and 3 ft 1x2 wire and make your own, made 50 or so last year for me and my buddies, took two evenings and two six packs, cost was much less than store bought and much better quality.

eastcoastWest - not sure on his prices as I bought my 30 over a year ago, rest assured he's cheaper than any local stores as he supplies them also and they mark up the prices , do a board search for him and send him a b-mail.

To make them yourself, Kevin charges about 60-70$ for 30 box traps not including floats and lines. Ball park but should be close, sure beats $5 a piece retail.

ok so i fibbed on the beer but the traps work great if you want detailed building instructions bmail me and wee will hook up i cant type well enough to describe it here
