Remeber When

Remeber a week or two ago when several were whinning...um complaining...er saying yeah that's it...saying they can't wait for the hot weather to get here so they can catch some crabs. Jittery bunch...well how are they tasting now. I'd say several stages are taking place. Eating steamed first couple of weeks, then picking them for crab cakes, then stuffing shrimp, making crab dip etc., etc. then finally making some soup. [grin]

Not an old timer but have been around for a while! I for one am still waiting! Haven't been able to make the trip south but still want to.

Thanks so much for the directions! I hope I can use them in the near future. Only thing holding me back is a two year old with an appointment to have tubes put in his ears AGAIN!

Hope to be out there soon! All my gear is ready and tired of being in the ice box!
