I had a problem With my 4-5 year old CP160 chart plotter that would not aquire a signal. I contacted them about repairs and was told to send it out to the left coast to their repair center. They called me to let me know when they received it and told me a tech would be contacting me in 2-3 days to let me know what the problem was. Well four days later I had not heard anything from them and was beginning to wonder what was going on. I get home that evening a th little lady hands me a package that was delivered earlier that day and it was from them. popped the box open and here is my chart plotter with a note stating the repairs they made and they even sent me the new antennea they tested the unit with. Problem was something with the circuit board of which they replaced. Now for the best part, the bill.
NADA repair at no charge even out of warranty. Now thats customer service. I thought this kind of service went the way of the dinos.
