It pays to get good, did I say good I meant GREAT bait. No fish today but pulled four artificial and four w/meat and only needed four hoo all day. Next year I will be putting together another mass order. Their bait is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great to hear that baitmasters is quality bait. Bought a case of medium ballyhoo last month just have not been able to get a trip together.

sorry forgot to ask. Did you use the salt that comes with it? If you did how?

gutthooked, yes we used their brine solution. Since we left from MD we just opened a pack (frozen) and placed the hoos belly up on our bait tray and sprinkled the brine on their bellies and the put the tray in the cooler. By 6a the next morning as we were leaving Teachs they were thawed and I was pokin eyes and breakin backs.

I barely ever brine Baitmasters baits (unless they are ones that I have re-frozen). They just do not need it...but if you like to brine baits, have at it...I'm sure it can't hurt but I've run "out of the bag" baitmasters hoo's for long durations and they look great.
