Going to Hatteras April 29th...............

Plan on heading to Teach's Lair out of Bull Island, VA. on Friday April 29th. Not sure if going on outside or inter-coastal. Depends on weather and if the crew is hungry for some Coinjock PRIME RIB!

I am still going Friday 29th if any one is interested. I will probably go on the inside since I have done it so many times and the weather can be crappy and I can still get down there.

Bonus we get to eat at Coinjock for prime rib..................

Will probably have breakfast at Bubba's in Poquoson around 0700 then head for the Elizabeth River.

how long does it take to go inside to Teachslair

The last time I did it I think it took about 8 hours. I might be mistaken it has been awhile. It is a fun trip though.

If I go on the outside I don't want to go into OI but HI and that means I have to go around Diamond Shoals....what a pain.

Will have to see what the weather says.

I will be taking my 30' Proline down this weekend as well. It's new home will be Broad Creek Marina in Wanchese. I'm planning the outside route if the weather cooperates. What time do you anticipate hitting the ICW on Friday?

Ill be trailering down Thursday night 26ft cc regulator. not sure weather to fish OI or HI???? Any advice would be great. This is the first time for either place..... Is one better than the other when the weather comes into play?????

We are trying to leave the 29th as well from Little Creek to teach's. If the winds stay calm or slight we will be running outside but if it gets nasty we will be taking the intercostal. We could run with you. Give me a B-mail.
