Hey Raymond, for those that don't understand the mastery of kung fu gaffing, they may not know you meant to do that on purpose. I for one know that it is all intentional and part of the zen of being one with the gaff. Great idea bleeding em out before they get in the boat..

Nice video.......I thought I was bad on the gaff[grin]. We also have some footage of a flying tuna but Keifer gaffed him right between the eyes. It looked cool. Maybe I can get it posted tonight after work. Had the same issue with my 4/0 Avets....just call them they will sned you another overnighted. Use Lock Tight Red not the blue when you put it back.

Thanks for the ride Jim even with all we went through it was still a very nice day out in the stream.
Now a few reminders for the next trip:
1. Breath Right strips for you snoring turds that kept me and Bill up all night(You know who you are)
2. Alot more beer if I forget the Breath Rights.
3. Small Hoo's
4. A BIG FAT LOIN AND X-MAS CARDS EVERY YEAR FOR DEAN AT FRISCO COVE HE REALLY SAVED OUR BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone wanting lessons in the world renowned art of Kung-Fu gaffing just b-mail me. If we had'nt run out at like 42kts I could have gotten the Zen thing really going on and maybe even missed that YFT 5 or 6 more times. It really is an ART.
BTW it's still meat in the box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry about the problems in the am but it was good to see you guys show up. better late than never. We fished from about the 210 to 240 or so............................. sure was sloooooooooooowwwwwwwww. Nice temp break and color change. One gaffer with no other strikes and fished until 1. I guess ya'll didn't find 'em after we left either. Did you fish 'til 3? I heard some of the bites were on small baits, but I don't know if that would have made much of a difference......??? Charters seemed to do much better than the TF'ers. A good day in the stream regardless.
After we left the parking lot at Village monday night, we went looking for a room. talking about trouble. Back up to Buxton before we could find anything open at the Comfort. Now we know to call ahead.
Damm Jimmy, You always keep trolling with a fish on?
I aleast like to slow down a little so the fish can't turn sides ways and
plane off and add more pressure. A big bull gaffer would kill you at that speed? [grin]
