Fished saturday on Marks alby "Treble Hooked"out of Teachs.heading was 130 deg..out about 20 miles found a big grassline.pulled out the bailer rods and put a dozen fish in the box.had a tough time of it.seemed the fish weren't hungry.
started working away from the grass looking for gaffer's.caught a small Mako.
Blue/pink/white SW gets a hit and Scotty grabs the rod ,it goes slack.He hands it to me,missed him.I give it a few pumps and it get hit again,I put it in freespool[thinking white maybe].gets hit again but still doesn't come tight.freespool again,hit again,not tight again.Mark tells me to reel it up its over..............
Freespool again, comes tight and its on.nice sail is doing her thing gettting air several times.Mark does a nice job bring her in the boat and we get a couple of nice pics and back in she goes.
High Fives all around .I'm happy you can bet that.
