injury plaque, can be found at boaters world. Call first, they only carry 1 or 2 per store. Mike Keller LTD also has them, you will have it 2 days ups.
Injury Placard
Applies to:
All Commerercial Fishing Vessels.
Requirements:
Must be at least 5" X 7"
Must be posted in a highly visible location location
accessible to crew.
[B[/B] REPORT ALL INJURIES
UNITED STATES LAW 46 UNITED STATES CODE 10603, REQUIRES EACH SEAMAN ON A FISHING VESSEL TO NOTIFY THE MASTER OR INDIVIDUAL IN CHARGE OF THE VESSEL OR OTHER AGENT OF THE EMPLOYER REGARDING ANY ILLNESS, DISABILTY, OR INJURY SUFFERED BY THE SEAMAN WHEN IN SERVICE TO THE VESSEL NOT LATER THAN SEVEN DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF WHICH THE ILLNESS,DISABILTY,OR INJURY AROSE.
Other placards are required if the vessel is 26 feet or longer.
You need more then just the injury placard. You also need an oil discharge and debris discharge placard. Boaters World has all three. They come with double sided tape but I drilled holes in each corner to mount with screws.
