Billfishing, before and after the full moon ?

Planning a trip to Puerto Aventuras the first week of May and was trying to remember if the billfishing is better the days before the full moon or the days following the full moon ?

Five or so days before to a few days after. It's all good if they are in season, and you are within 5-6 days. I think it may be about them chasing bait at night under a lit sky, after the week long dark (new moon) phase.

fish B4 the full moon, not ON the full moon or after.

I have had great luck 3 to 7 days after a full moon out of OI & VB! Big Eye have been good during that time as well.

Call down there and ask some of the captians to find out when is best.
