Another OI report from 11/1

Fished out of OI with my boat for the first time this year and was rewarded with some nice Tuna. Had Tim my son and Dwayne (MissGinny) and Dwight that we met at Craige Stallings house the night before (thanks Craige for the bed). YES the weatherman was wrong again on the 2-4's except for the ride in which was 1 foot. Got to the 830 line with about 10-15 other boats and within the first half hour had two on and in the boat. We were fishing sea witches all colors and one green machine on the WWb. Slow for us for the next hour or so and than one rods goes down with one more in the boat, Another hour or so and two more on the box. Satyed at 5 until about noon and I said I'd like to leave a 1PM for the ride back and cleanup and etc. Well the fish must have heard me because we moved a few of miles south and 3 more jumped on our offerings and made my day. Left at 1:15 to good seas (thank you Lord and not the original west winds). Ended the day with 8, none lost at the boat, and maybe 6-8 misses by the tuna, with one biteoff by a Wahoo maybe. Thanks Crew for a great day on the Fishin'Magician. Now hopefullt the pic comes out. [img] [/img]

Love it!!!! Glad you went for it. You'll thank yourself all winter when you pull out that vac sealed tuna while thinking about those screaming drags.[excited]

Thanks again for the ride Jack...I had a great time. If you ever need an extra hand give me a shout....especially in those conditions in the am...I think the Ms Ginny would have been a little 'little' yesterday!!
