'PoorBoy's Toy' left Broadcreek Marina at 5:20am behind 2 charters and a couple other boats and made our first run from there. This was very interesting as we almost hit a day marker going over to the cut, little foggy and they were close togeather will know better next time. Put lines in at 775 at 7:15am caught 3 and missed 4 by 9:30, all we see is charters running north so we finally pick up and run too. Put lines in at 930 line and the catch is on see Succession picking up to run in andwe know this is the spot . Ended up at 980 line in 85fms caught 4 within 10 minites for our limit, took 30 min. to cleen up and get fish in boxes. Caught 8 or 9 on planer can't seem to get many bits on toop don't know what we're doing wrong but with this finish I won't complane. Beautiful run in fish and boat cleaned by 5pm and home in Hayes, Va by 7:40pm, thanks guys it was a great day fishing.....................LEON

    Leon,

Great job. With the planer. When you get a bite on it an dthe fish comes up. Start jigging the Short and Long Riggers and watch what happens.

Ny guys yesterday looked at me stupid when the planer rod went off and I told them to let it run and jig the lines. They understood when one after another the other lines went off as well.

    Great job.

NICE LIMIT. JIG EM & KEEP PUTTING THE SPREAD OUT WHEN YOUR FIGHTING THE FISH FOR FLOATER BITES. PAST 2 TRIPS HAVE BEEN HALF FLOATER BITES. CALVIN
