    Default Rappahannock fishing

Had a slow day yesterday. Today was much better, managed to boat a 32" along with a 19, 20, 24". Released them all, told myself that I would only keep fish larger than 24". Cought the 32" and 24" upriver from #8, and cought the 19" and 20" down around #6.

Hope you all had some luck today.

That sounds like a great day!.I am going again on Thursday and just wanted to compare notes in hopes of increasing my chances of catching some fish

Do you remember what the tide and or current were doing?
    What were you pulling?

    Thanks

    Bill,

Cought the 32" at the beginning of the flood running with the current. (all fish were cought on the flood tide) I fished the last few hours of the ebb earlier without a hit. . I was pullin a tandem bucktail rig; white heads, yellow tails, water depth 39-42.

    Good Luck

I caught nothing on the ebb either! Only the first two hours of the flood..Interesting
    I appreciate the info!
