    Smile Parmesian Bacon Shrimp Wraps

    Parmesian Bacon Shrimp Wrap
    Recipe By : Lucian

    Ingredients:
3/4 pound large shrimp -- peeled
15 slices bacon -- do not use thick
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

    Rinse Shrimp & pat dry
Cut Bacon 1/2 crosswise & arrange on broiler rack
Broil 4-6" from preheated broiler for 2 minutes
Turn & broil 1 1/2 minutes longer until partially cooked
Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with a toothpick
    Roll shrimp in parmesian cheese
    Arrange on Broiler rack
    Broil 2 1/2 - 3 minutes
    Turn
Broil 1 1/2 minutes longer until bacon crisps and shrimp is opaque
Drain on paper towels & serve

You can substitute the Bacon with Prosciuto, you will not have to pre cook the Prosciuto.

    Enjoy :)

Actually, I 've been substituting Prosciutto in place of the bacon and it's awesome.
