    Default Old Bay wings

This is simple, but very, very good. Dump a good amount of OB into a zip-loc bag, add wing pieces and shake to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a pan/cookie sheet or whatever (covered in foil!!), bake at 350 for an hour and a half. Flip wings at the half-way point. That's it! Give 'em a try- I bet you'll like 'em.

    firefighter1962,
Do you place the peices loose on top or in something? foil pouch, some king of net?
I like the idea. Chix must come out really tender. Thanks!
If you don't go, you won't know and you gotta have bait in the water!
I have terminal Crabiteis and there is no hope.
