Incredible Striper Cakes

Awesome recipe! I had been using one I got from “In Fisherman” years ago. This tops it. Something to try as a variation, stuff some large mushrooms with the mix and put in the oven. Brush with a little butter.

wanted to say thank you to the original poster of this recipe. made these and LOVED them with some haddock fillets my mom brought down from maine. added some diced peppers and onions as well as some dijon mustard.

i'm usually a catch and release guy, but my wife is actually asking me to bring fish back now so we can make these.

If you think the rock cakes are good try adding Fresh Salsa to the mix. I get the Salsa from Giant
