Took some of those Wye beauties and picked em about 3/4 pound. Prepare a bag of Barilla cheese and spinach tortellini. Sautee the crabmeat in a tablespoon of smart balance (doctor's orders) then add a half of jar of Classico Triple Mushroom sauce and heat through. Just before finishing crumble some feta cheese until slightly melted. Top the tortellini with the sauce. Man was it delisciouso! Total prep time not counting the picking 10-15 min.
