2 Large Goose Breasts,cubed
1 Large onion,chopped
2 clove Garlic,Chopped
2 tbsp oil
3-4 large potatoes,cubed
1 Turnip,cubed
1 bunch celry,chopped
1 bunch carots,sliced
3 cans beeef broth
salt & pepper
Garlic powder
in large pot,heat the oil. Saute the Garlic,Onion and some of the chopped celry for 2-3 mins.
add goose meat and cook over med low heat for about 10 mins until browned on all sides. stip often.
add broth bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.
add potatoes,carrots turnip, celry. add salt ,pepper and some garlic powde to taste
return to boil then reduce heat & simmer for 30 mins or until vegs are done
serve & enjoy- usually better the second day
you can substitute many kinds of vegs in place of the ones mentioned
