Big Cats near Callao?

I fish primarily the James River but I will be attending a USCG Captain's course in Callao between March 3-11th. I hate when others ask this question about the James but I have never fished the Potomac and just want to make sure if i tow my 19ft CC are their any BIG cats nearby say 10 miles on the Potomac either way. I prefer nothing small and if their is any input thanks in advance. I have fished tourneys with the Md. state record holder of Blue Cats, Josh, but I'm not sure if Josh is part of Tidal Fish. Never caught a cat this time of year, but 2 years ago, I got a nice cat while croaker fishing in Nomini Creek about a mile below the 202 bridge at the eel plant. It was probably 20-30 lbs. But that was in late April. Good luck.
