    Default New Pending IGFA WORLD RECORD TAUG weighed

    Weighed in new pending IGFA Women's World Record Tautog on 8 # test. Fish weighed 15 lbs 10 ozs. Old record was 10 lbs 14 ozs.

    That's a great fish.

    However, I do not understand a women's division on fishing. Come on! It's not like wrestling, weightlifting, or basketball. We have some women around here who can fish circles around me.

    Yes, Dr. Julie Ball caught it today at a location that I will not disclose, all I'm gonna say is we were waaay out and deeeeep. I will post the report and pics later this evening.

    It was all her idea and her boat. I was just a very impressed spectator (and fish fluffer) for this one... I'll post it when I get them onto my computer after dinner. That fish was big enough to break every line class in the womens division under 50# test also....
