Fished Gov Bacon today for last couple hours of the outgoing. WINDY was the word of the day!!! Caught 7 fish up to 24" on bloods.

I know 28 is the limit, does anyone know if this is south of the canal right now?

The keeper size in DE is 28" and I think I recall a C & R regulation that had a demarkation of the Reedy Point jetty, with only fish caught below that point allowed to be kept.

28 inches is the magic number for stripers- 2 per angler.
Fishing is catch and release starting April 1st thru May 31st, North of the south jetty of Reedy Point (C&D canal). Non offset circle hooks is mandated in the catch and release zone for those using bait.

if fishing for keepers stay away from Gov. Bacon after April 1st,dnr is there alot checking boats,they don't seem to care where you caught them because the ramp is in the c & r area,use the Augustine Beach boat ramp and you have no worry's
