    Saw a post about Panko bread crumbs a while back and decided to try it. Have used it for Rockfish, yellow perch and bream filets. This is a great breader for frying fish filets. Try goat cheese balls in Panko. Thanks to those who posted earlier on this subject.

    Posted before about Panko love the stuff.Last night we fried some oysters in that stuff. Used a seasoning on them called Black Rock Seafood seasoning and it was awsome.
