    Default Tuna Fishing in NC?

I'm currious to know what the latest news is on the NC fishing license for out-of-state tuna fishermen? I see another group is heading down to the outerbanks this weekend.
If it's needed, what are your plans for getting one?

First week of April, Rantin Raven is getting a a 1734C installed down at Smith Electronics. So far I'm really impressed with Matt Smith.

    Tight lines and screamin drags!

The website is real easy to work through. Now I'm reminding my buddies to put it on their things to do list. Thanks for the replies!
