This works for just about any type of fish. I've also had it on scallops. It's very simple. Just brush your seafood with melted butter kicked up with a little hot sauce. Then sprinkle it liberally with Italian Bread Crumbs. Top with a little more of the kicked up butter and bake as usual. It's really great with Cod fillets. I get then at Sam's and they are great but as I said earlier it's great with any type of baked white meat fish like cod, rock, perch, or flounder.
