Lucian I was wondering if we could get a good charter capt. to give a presentation on reading SST's and learn eddy's and upwelling's and what a charter capt. looks for when targeting all palegics. Just thought it might be a good topic. One other thing I thought might be cool is to go over some fishing reports from our anglers, what, where, type stuff after official business. Just an idea.

Sounds good to me. We have Claude Bain I believe for the next meeting and are open after that as far as I know. I will ask our new Events Coordinator and see if he can come up with a name.

Any Suggestions?

As far as the fishing reports, we should be doing that anyways. I will ask Dr. Ike to try and add it at the meetings. With the new Awards Director, it will be easier to find out whose catching what.

Lucian don't know any Charter Capt. in VB or Norfolk. I've only chartered out of Hatteras.

I will see you and Bob at the meeting at Brian's, we can discuss direction on speakers at that time.

It's up to you and Bob to find the speakers, but I think we should plan our topics carefully, timing is everything.

Sounds good Lucian. Have'nt been fishing been at Eastern Shore working on the CEO of our company house. Could'nt bring the boat . But when I got back we chartered out of HI. Long story short got bloweed out Friday on the Big Eye and had to settle for the Backlash on Saturday. Captain was bringing a boat back from Venezzuala so his brother Greg Richardson who is out of Rudee filled in. We caught 3 Wahoo to 25lbs and 4 Dolphin to 20 lbs. Seas were 8 to 12 for half the trip. I saw a 48 footer completly sky out seeing it's props what a trip. We fished alone instead of with the fleet hensce our lack of YFT. The fleet had a nice catch of YFT. But all in all it was nice to get to the stream again and waiting patiently to get out again soon. Lucian let me know when your going to the stream I would like to HO if possiable. My # is 404-1819. Captain Jakeg is a Virginia Beach local Captain.He may be knowledgeable and possibly be willing to talk at a club meeting.I believe he runs a 42' charter.
