Just trying to a SIGNATURE picture to work!

I see people that have a picture or icon show up on EVERY post or reply.I cant seem to figure out how to get this done.I have a picture of me with a flounder that I want to so up on EVERY post/thread.However,it seems to large for the site to handle.
What the !@#$ am I doing wrong? Help! Brandon?

Bring up your pic. in Paint on your computer. Look up top at Image. Go to Stretch - Scew.
Reset those values from 100% to about 10 X 10% for a signature pic and maybe 25 - 25% for a post. After it looks about the right size save the pic in Paint with a name you can recognize. Log back on to TF and when you browse for the pic insert the smaller one's you have saved from Paint. Good luck! Can't wait to see that Flounder

Thanks for the help Mark.I figured out how to resize the pic using microsoft office picture.I have a pic that is 100x75 pixels.I attached it but the site says it FAILED to attach.Not because it was too big like the last time but that it FAILED!
