So, I had a bit of a clunking going on in the old Nor-Vise over the winter. Every turn of a bobbin, or spin of the arbor was met with a small "clunk."

So I sent an email to Norm Norlander of NorVise fame. That day he emailed me. And called me. And by the next day he had a replacement part in the mail.

Now, this vise is 5 or 6 years old. But he didn't even care about that. It was one of his babies.

Yeah, it's a bit unconventional, but it really is a cool vise that I can heartily recommend.
