The water is probably still a bit cold so as far as hatches go it will likely be midges and blue wing olives. I would suggest fishing the upper end of the C & R water. There are some nice deep runs between boulders beside the road into the power plant. A black or olive wooly bugger on a #6 or #8 nymph hook fished on the bottom should move a couple of fish there. Below that about a couple hundred yards where Hoy's Run comes in there is a long wide eddy where there are usually rising fish if the midges and/or BWO are coming off. There is a small parking area beside Hoys Run across the street from Streams and Dreams B&B.
