    Default Best tide for togs ?????

    What is the best tide for catching togs around the 3rd and 4th island or any location for that matter??? Incoming or outgoing ??? Beginning or end of one or the other???

    I've always had the best luck at the very beginning of the outgoing when it's just starting to move.
