Tarpon, Goliath grouper in the middle of June

My friend and I are from Richmond Va. We are tournament catfisherman. We plan on coming down there in the middle of June. He wants to catch big Tarpon, and I want a Goliath Grouper. We are totaly catch and release. We will bring my 21 High side CC. I would apricate any help with what area to fish or how to fish. We had thought about fishing near Tampa, or Fort Myers looks like some nice structure around there.Thanks in advance for you help. Wayne

you might want to post this on the Florida board...Tampa/Ft Myers are a tad bit north of the keys
