June planning meeting

The next planning meeting for the "Annapolis Committee" is scheduled for June 12th, 2007,
at 7:00P.M.
The location is the same as last meeting " American Turner's Hall" since it was so nice to have a quiet' meeting area, the address is 9129 Lennings Lane, Rosedale, Md. 21237.
This meeting should not last more than 1-1/2 hrs.

The "Captain's Meeting will be announced, as soon as possible, with time, and location. If anyone has a suggestion for a meeting location near Pasadena, Glen Burnie, etc, please advise, with contact information. It is mandatory that we have a "Quiet" area to conduct this meeting.

Food will not be available, this time, due to a prior committment, on my part, sorry !

When do we find out who's a mate or not ??? This year I would like to get out with the kids !!

I would expect that information to be available no later than the Captain's Meeting, in July.
Our anticipation is this: if you have been available, as a captain, or mate last year, and for some reason, did not get to take a family out fishing, then you would be "priority one" to take a family, this year.
This is hard to guarantee for the captains / mates, since the families sometimes "cancel" late, and it does not afford us the time to get a replacement family in time. We cannot overbook this event, due to the numerous consideration, at hand, and having a waiting list is not fair to those sitting on it.

Since we have one location reserved (Captain's Meeting ), and available for that, we are currently trying to locate a more convenient location, if possible. It would be imperative that we have a quiet environment for the business discussed, some of the locations we have available are not good for that type of meeting, and we are actively trying to locate a meeting place, convenient to all involved. I would expect the Captain's Meeting to take place sometime during the week, just prior to our event 7/21/07.

If you, or anyone knows of such a meeting place, then please let someone know, or research the information for us, Location should be Pasadena, Severna Park, Glen Burnie, meeting room for about 50-75 people, cost - FREE, or close to it, dates would be between 7/16 to 7/18 and around 7:OO P.M. - 9:OO P.M. and forward, by June 12th meeting. It cannot be held at any restaurants, like Pebbles, Snyder's, etc. for obvious reasons. Someone mentioned ( Ralph) that we use Sandy Point Park, but there is no indoor location to do this, but if that is where everyone wants to meet, then so be it, it will be decided by June 12th, at the meeting....Turner's Hall, 9129 Lenning Lane, Balto., Md. 21237.....mapquest for directions. 7:OO P.M.

Ed Check is in the mail Bwahahahahahaha how many times have ya heard that :):):):) You should have it Monday I would guess ! UBBB also will cover all the tackle bottom rigs,weights,hooks, etc !! Already have this stuff covered Now on to the bait situation ! I will be stopping by to see Tony and Dee next week to see what we can do for the kids
